President. Wine and Spirit Consultant
Tony has run Wineglobe for over 15 years and was one of the first pioneers to bring wine to the Internet. Not only does Tony enjoy wine, but he has a passion for single-malt scotches and cognacs. At Wineglobe, you will most often find Tony directly sharing his favorite wines with customers and meeting with wineries and distributors to bring the best products at the best prices to customers.
Tony served as an officer in the Army and has a BS in Engineering and Masters in Engineering, Business, and Law.

Lorry, Wine Club and French Wine Consultant
He became a French wine expert growing up in Languedoc, a
region south of France. He acquired wine knowledge during
this time and then compiled this with a bachelor of Business
Administration in Toulouse (France), and then a bachelor of
Marketing in London. He has lived in France, England,
Ireland, USA, Canada and Spain. He made researches
concerning wine economy during one year and also organized
tasting events.

Alan, Marketing and Wine Consultant
Alan Bayer came to WineGlobe in 2007 after years of
experience in the e-commerce industry. Alan got his start in
e-commerce in 2003 when he started his first company. Since
starting his company, Alan has single-handedly produced two
websites, and one successful eBay store. At WineGlobe, Alan
is focused on marketing and advertising, customer service,
and is a wine consultant and can source any wine or spirit
that you need. |

Vijay has been with Wineglobe for over
7 years and had accumulated vast knowledge about wines and spirits. We
consider him to be our in-house expert and the go to man for everything.
He is very friendly, great in customer service and knows pretty much
everything about wine and spirits that there is to know.

Gaurav,
Founder. Marketing
Gaurav has held marketing leadership
positions in both early stage and fortune 100 technology companies. He
most recently worked in product marketing at Pyxis, a Cardinal Health
company. Previously he led product management and development at Vianeta
Communications. Entrepreneur by heart, Gaurav has been involved in
several startups. He successfully founded and ran marketing for a
consumer based e-commerce business called Wineglobe and now serves on
the board of the company.

Manu, Co-Founder
Manu has over 7 years of experience in the wine industry and at technology companies in the Bay Area. He was the co-founder of eWine.com before launching the online business for WineGlobe. He also worked at 123Signup, AudioHighway and Ibex Studios. Manu helped WineGlobe expand into an online business and corporate sales. He helped add a wonderful tasting room to our Bay Area facility and introduced services to corporate customers like wine catering and bulk gifting.

Jean-Raymond, Technology Advisor
Jean Pierre has over 20 years of programming and technology experience. JP was also a United States Marine and received several naval achievement medals and commendation letters for excellence in service. He also consulted for several Bay Area technology concerns including eBay, Stanford University, InHale, and Datasweep. Jean is currently with the Stanford Linear Acceleratory (SLAC).

George brings to the company over six years of strong graphic user interface design experience as well as an abundance of experience in web design, and advertising. He holds a Masters degree from the Kiev Institute of Technology, Ukraine.
